Danielle DaRos is a multimedia storyteller in NSU's Division of Public Relations,
Marketing, and Creative Services, responsible for covering campus events and producing
videos about student life, university research, and more. She uses her background
in journalism to dive deep into subject matters, identify compelling characters, and
produce entertaining and informative stories.
Danielle previously worked at local news stations in New England and South Florida
as a reporter and anchor. Most recently, she was an investigative reporter in West
Palm Beach, where she won four Suncoast Emmy awards, and nine awards from the Florida
Association of Broadcast Journalists, including a "best reporter" award.
Danielle received Bachelors of Science degrees in Broadcast and Digital Journalism
and History from Syracuse University, where she graduated with honors and was selected
to be a University Scholar.
She is originally from the Pittsburgh area, and met her husband Jeremy while working in Maine. She now lives in Palm Beach County with her husband and their two sons.
