NSU Parking Appeal Hearing Request Form

Requests for appeal hearings must be received by the Parking Enforcement Office within seven (7) days of the ticket issue date. Appeal requests submitted after this period will NOT be processed.

Your appearance before the committee constitutes your only means to appeal your citation. Failure to appear before the committee on your scheduled date and time will result in a denial of your appeal and a finding of guilty, which will be final. All persons have the right to appeal any Nova Southeastern University parking citation within seven (7) days of receiving the citation.
